On a Spate of European Countries Now Saying that They Will Recognize a Palestinian State and Doing so with Their Usual Ham-Handedness

Can we at least make this "state" conditional on them no longer building tunnels and firing rockets into Israel? You know, the low hanging fruit of rudimentary civilization.
