Yeah, she was a big time stunner and while she never quite reached star status she certainly shared the screen with many who did (with Clark Gable and Robert Taylor being amongst them). She also had a pretty long career that started in movies and eventually moved to television (it wasn't uncommon for actresses back then to make such a switch when they started to close in on 40; Doris Day, Donna Reed, Loretta Young, and Barbara Stanwyck immediately come to mind). So not exactly a piker in that regard, either.
