On Rape and Race in the U.S.

Here are the stats (http://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/cvus0502.pdf). According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics' 2005 "Criminal Victimization Statistical Tables", of the 111,490 incidents of rape in this country in which the victims were white, in 34% of those instances the perpetrator was black (this despite the fact that blacks only make up 12% of the population), and of the 36,620 incidents of rape in which the victims were black, in less than 1% of those instances was the perpetrator white (this despite the fact that whites make up about 70% of the population). Yes, we have a huge racial violence problem in this country but it's predominantly black on white. Sorry but yes.
